The staffing services included team leading and line management, eliminating the HR overhead that would otherwise be associated with this part of their workforce. They had comprehensive domain experience and worked in teams using tools like iO, IFA Dash, Dynamic Planner, Xplan, Voyant, and platforms such as Standard Life, Royal London, Aviva, Aegon, and Legal & General. This enabled them to get started in MWA’s business straight away.

Compliance

Valenta held ISO 27001 certification for Information Security and ISO 9001 certification for Quality Management, among many others. Their auditors were accredited by the UK accreditation service.
