Martin has more than 25 years of sales and service automation experience. With over 25 years of senior leadership experience building brand and shareholder value through operational and advisory roles in B-to-B and consumer sectors. Anderson is a recognized leader in Sales Operations and business process outsourcing industry.

He has provided leadership in areas of Go-to-Market planning, technology integration, digital transformation, IoT/ML/Bot strategies, operational effectiveness, marketing automation/sales, data analytics, CRM, customer service, sales compensation, and training.

Prior to joining Valenta, he served as SVP Sales Operations for Consumer Services company, CSC Serviceworks. Prior to CSC, Martin held senior executive roles in companies like PFSWeb, Terminix, Brink’s Home Security, Allconnect, and several Private equity and start-up companies.

Having served in many roles as an internal consultant, coach, and leader, his skills are transferable to any organization seeking growth, balanced with well-run operations through technology solutions. Martin’s experience transcends industry as he has built partnerships with sizable players in multifamily, academic, hospitality, institutional, commercial, convenience store and retail spaces.

Martin holds an MBA from University of Phoenix and a BS in Communications from Jackson State University. He has three children and resides in Plano, Texas. He has many hobbies, ranging from youth sports coaching to personal training and is an avid collector of fine watches and vinyl records. In addition, he has a love of learning and staying current in our modern and ever-changing world.
