Nigel brings extensive experience in product and project management, having held key roles at Atlassian, Emerson, and Charles Schwab. His expertise in optimizing business processes and interest in automation aligns well with Valenta’s mission.

Nigel holds a master’s degree from George Washington University and undergraduate degrees from York College and Africa University. He also founded Mhemba Consulting, LLC, helping SMBs and non-profits improve efficiency.

As an active member of Austin’s tech community, Nigel has mentored professionals to promote diversity in technology and coached students’ focus on STEM. His leadership, strategic vision, and deep industry experience will be a valuable asset to Valenta and our clients.
