Before stepping into her Managing Partner role, Sahana served as Head of Service Delivery for North America at Valenta, overseeing Wealth Management, Healthcare, RPA, and AI practices. That inside view of delivery gave her an honest perspective on where automation projects succeed and where they stall, usually not because of the technology, but because of unclear priorities and poor change management.

Based in Vancouver, she spends her time outside of work keeping up with her toddler daughter, hiking trails across BC, and cooking.
