As the founder of WZ Solutions Canada Inc., he brings a strong background in business transformation, strategy, and leadership. He holds a B.Sc. in Electronics and an MBA, combining technical expertise with strategic insight to drive impactful change.

Having lived and worked across four continents, Wael has a global perspective and a deep understanding of diverse business environments. Now based in Canada, he is passionate about helping businesses grow, sharing knowledge, and fostering meaningful connections.

Beyond his professional career, Wael enjoys an active lifestyle, including soccer, squash, nature walks, boating, and fishing. He is also a music enthusiast and values time spent with his family, especially his grandson.
