Recognizing that there is a lack of training and learning platforms for midsized companies and small businesses Valenta has launched Learning Powered by Valenta. This new learning platform provides training materials and courses provided by Valenta Managing Partners and staff plus expert outside resources. Training materials are focused on Operational Excellence and Human Skills coursework. Six Sigma training for White and Yellow Belts is offered for improving operational excellence. Leadership, change management, productivity, planning, workplace collaboration, communication, business writing, sales skills and cycles, and onboarding are just some of the training areas in the Human Skills modules.

When launching Learning Powered by Valenta the company knew that the Managing Partner network at Valenta was a rich one with knowledge and plenty of capable trainers for SMB clients. However, we did not want to stop there and have brought on partners to assist with this platform and will continue to do so as appropriate.  Global Continuous Improvement is our lead partner for Six Sigma training and has considerable experience in this area. Turner Consulting is a chosen partner in the Humans skills development area and has offered personal and organizational performance improvement training for two decades. Training on the Learning Powered by Valenta platform can be provided in four different ways, In Person, On Demand, Live Online, and Hybrid (in person plus virtual).
