New York's healthcare market is one of the most complex in the world, and Rob Wolfe has spent more than two decades learning exactly how it works. As Managing Partner at Valenta in New York, Rob helps healthcare organizations and the businesses that support them identify where manual processes, fragmented systems, and operational drag are costing time and money, then builds the automation solutions to fix it.
Rob's career has taken him from product development to channel strategy to senior advisory work, all within the healthcare technology space. At Emerson Commercial and Residential Solutions, he led sales and product management for InterMetro's healthcare technology portfolio, covering mobile medication management, advanced storage systems, and point-of-care solutions. He later joined TouchPoint Medical as an Area and Strategic Account Manager, working directly with hospital systems and integrated delivery networks across the New York metro region. At LG Electronics, Rob served as Senior Channel Manager for Digital Health, and at Derive Technologies, he built formal partner management processes and launched new care delivery products, including patient tracking, telemedicine, and Cart as a Service solutions, into the acute and sub-acute markets.
That background shapes how Rob approaches automation consulting today. He has been inside the conversations where healthcare technology decisions get made: from the vendor side designing products, the channel side bringing solutions to market, and the client side managing outcomes. When he sits down with a healthcare organization or business services firm, he is not learning the industry from scratch. He already understands the pressures, the workflows, and the places where inefficiency tends to hide.

Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Management from Marywood University. He is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and holds a Project Management certification. He lives in the Northeast with his wife and two daughters.
