Find the Best Automation Opportunities to Start
Most businesses know automation can help. The hard part is knowing where to start, what will actually move the needle, and in what order.
The Valenta AI and Automation Workshop answers all three. In a structured set of sessions, a Valenta expert maps your processes, scores your opportunities, and gives you a clear roadmap, before any build work begins.

Real Output. Not a Presentation.
The urgency has increased. Alongside the challenge of manual processes and legacy systems, many organizations are now managing a growing number of AI tools and self-built automations with no clear picture of how they connect or where the gaps are. The Workshop brings that into focus, so you can prioritize what will actually move the needle instead of adding to the noise.

AI and Automation Workshop FAQ
The AI and Automation Workshop is a complimentary half-day session in which a Valenta Managing Partner works with your leadership and operations team to map your current processes, identify automation opportunities, and prioritize them by impact and feasibility. The session produces a written Assessment Report delivered within a few business days, covering your process map, a prioritized opportunity list, quick win recommendations, a long-term automation roadmap, and technology recommendations specific to your environment. There is no obligation to proceed with Valenta after the session.
The Automation Assessment is a working session, not a presentation. Valenta uses a structured framework to map your actual processes, identify inefficiencies, and score opportunities against consistent impact and feasibility criteria. The output is a written report with specific recommendations tailored to your business — not generic automation talking points. While Valenta will propose a next step at the end of the assessment, the goal of the session itself is to give you useful information regardless of whether you proceed with us.
Before the session, your Valenta Managing Partner will send a short intake questionnaire covering your business overview, current technology stack, and the areas of your operation where manual work is most concentrated. Completing this typically takes 20 to 30 minutes. Beyond that, the main requirement is that the right people attend: business leaders and the team members who are closest to the processes you want to improve.
The session works best with three to five people from your organization, including at least one person with decision-making authority and one or more people who are close to the day-to-day processes. Typical attendees include the CEO or COO, an operations or finance leader, and the heads of any departments where manual work is most concentrated. Technical staff are not required — the session is led by business context, and technical detail comes later once opportunities are confirmed.
After the session, Valenta delivers a written report which includes your process map, a prioritized list of automation opportunities, quick win recommendations, a long-term roadmap, and technology recommendations. If you decide to proceed, Valenta will present a specific proposal for your first automation, with timeline and investment clearly scoped. If you decide not to proceed, the report is yours to keep and use however you find it valuable.
The Biggest Mistake is Automating the Wrong Workflow First
Many businesses try to automate by picking a tool, applying it to a process, and hoping for the best. The result is automations that work in isolation but don't scale, processes that were inefficient to begin with, and investments that underdeliver.
The Workshop prevents this. By mapping the full picture first and prioritizing by real impact, you avoid the most common automation mistakes and build on a foundation that grows with your business.
