His approach reflects the discipline he developed early in his career at the Portuguese Navy Academy, where he studied Business Administration and learned that resilient execution starts with clarity of mission. He later deepened that foundation with a Master’s in Business Management from Universidade Católica Portuguesa and postgraduate studies in crisis response and organizational behavior, a combination that makes him equally comfortable navigating organizational complexity and driving hands-on implementation.
